Ecology: Biotroph; phytopathogenic; growing on leaves, amphigenous (extensive, but thin). Host or Phorophyte Taxonomy: Helichrysum bracteatum; Helichrysum, Compositae.

Reproduction Strategy: Only known as sterile, asexually reproducing form.

Conidiomata: Present; hyphomycetous.

Conidiophores: Euoidium-type; not branched (erect, 4-8-septate, straight); basal cells 150-250 µm long, 10-15 µm wide. Conidium Formation: Conidiogenous cells in chains (of 4-8). Conidia: Ellipsoid, ovoid, or cylindrical; macroconidial (germ tubes at an end, sometimes at a side, 6.2-7.5 µm wide), not branched, (35)-40-45-(71) µm long, (17.5)-20-22-(25) µm wide; aseptate; without distinct fibrosin body fibrosin bodies.
