Ecology: Biotroph; phytopathogenic; growing on leaves (thin, effuse, infected leaves coloured, yellowish to brownish patches). Host or Phorophyte Taxonomy: Heliotropium indicum L.; Heliotropium, Boraginaceae.

Reproduction Strategy: Only known as sterile, asexually reproducing form.

Conidiomata: Present; hyphomycetous.

Conidiophores: Euoidium-type; not branched (erect, straight); basal cells 35-75 µm long, 10-13.5 µm wide. Conidium Formation: Conidiogenous cells in chains. Conidia: Ellipsoid, ovoid, or doliiform; macroconidial, not branched, 25-36-(40) µm long, 15-21 µm wide; aseptate; with distintly visible fibrosin body (according to Sawada) fibrosin bodies.
