Asci: Tholus not thickened or thickened, not amyloid; dehiscence unitunicate; exoascus not amyloid, not hemiamyloid.

Ascospores: c. 8 per ascus, ellipsoid, fusiform, or ovoid, 17-40 µm long, 8.5-13 µm wide, aciculate; septa present; transversally septate, 1-transversally septate; wall thin, not thickened at the septum, hyaline, in Lugol's Solution negative, wall not ornamented or ornamented.

Conidiomata: Present or absent resp. not observed.
