Ascocarps: Apothecioid, orbicular, forming all across the thallus surface, becoming adnate to soon sessile. Margin: Prominent. Exciple: White. Interascal Hyphae: Present. Hypothecium: White.

Ascospores: c. 8 per ascus, obtuse; septa present; transversally septate; wall not thickened at the septum, hyaline, in Lugol's Solution negative.

Conidiomata: Absent resp. not observed or present.
