Thallus: Crustose, granular. Upper Surface: Green or olive; special structures present:; not pseudocyphellate; eciliate; without hairs; not isidate; sorediate; not cephalodiate; not lobulate; without granules granules, without thalloconidia thalloconidia. Lower Surface: Attached by the whole lower surface; special structures absent.

Reproduction Strategy: Only known as sterile, asexually reproducing form or with sexual (and possible asexual) stages. Ascocarps: Apothecioid, orbicular, forming all across the thallus surface. Margin: External filaments absent. Exciple: Brownish yellow. Periphyses: Absent. Epithecium: Apical cells brownish yellow. Interascal Hyphae: Present. Hypothecium: Brown.

Asci: Dehiscence lecanoralean.

Ascospores: 1–2 per ascus, 35-45 µm long, 17-18.5 µm wide, obtuse; septa present; both transversally and longitudinally; wall not thickened at the septum, hyaline, in Lugol's Solution negative.

Conidiomata: Absent resp. not observed or present.

Secondary Metabolites: Not detected.
