Interascal Hyphae: Absent.

Asci: Tholus thickened, not amyloid; dehiscence bitunicate.

Ascospores: c. 8 per ascus, oblong, cylindrical, oblong-obtuse, or fusiform, 40-75 µm long, 15-28 µm wide, obtuse; septa present; transversally septate or both transversally and longitudinally, 3-22-transversally septate; wall not thickened at the septum, hyaline, in Lugol's Solution negative.

Conidiomata: Absent resp. not observed or present.
