Reproduction Strategy: Only known as sterile, asexually reproducing form or with sexual (and possible asexual) stages. Ascocarps: Soon sessile, slightly constricted at the base, .3-1 mm in diam.. Margin: Persistent (usually), distinct to prominent or indistinct. Disk: Plane to weakly convex, black. Exciple: Grey, white, or brownish yellow. Epithecium: Apical cells green or olive. Hypothecium: White.
